The European Union–ASEAN Catalytic Green Finance Facility (EU-ACGFTF) is a single-partner trust fund established in December 2023 under the ASEAN Catalytic Green Finance Facility, a facility of the ASEAN Infrastructure Fund. The EU-ACGFTF will provide concessional loan funds, support project origination and structuring, and deliver knowledge and capacity building among ADB’s developing member countries in Southeast Asia to reduce greenhouse gas emissions; improve climate-resiliency; and catalyze private, commercial, and institutional finance.
