The Spanish Cooperation Fund for Technical Assistance, or TAGF-SPA, is a single-donor trust fund that contributes grants to ADB’s developing member countries for project preparation. Sectors supported by the fund are energy (renewable energy), urban development (and other urban infrastructure services including digital technology), flood management, transport, and water and sanitation.
